Hi, I’m Martin Gijsen!

After practising Automation in Testing (AiT) for about two decades, I started taking a step back more often to consider the work of an automator more carefully. This helped me integrate all the separate bits and pieces of my knowledge and experience. They eventually formed a unique view of the whole field of AiT, a perspective that I have not found anywhere else. I hoped to write a book to share it with all, but my health did not allow me to finish it. So I am doing what seems the next best thing: The articles of this blog share my perspective with you in small pieces. Enjoy.
